A Sacred Sound Healing Session is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. The sacred instruments gently attune your song to its resonate frequency. A Sound Healing Session is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which will take you on a journey of relaxation, healing and self exploration.

Plants are our medicine, our teachers and our friends. Plants help us connect deeply to spirit. Our ancestors used plants of all kinds. I admire and love plants, and love the ancestral connections and assistance that they provide.

Visionary plants help bring the subconscious and intuitive sides forward. The plants we will be honoring and welcoming into our journey will be spirit of Lavender and the plant spirit of Rosemary. We will welcome the visionary herbs with intention before the sound healing through a tea and smudging.

Each person will leave with a smudge stick of sage, lavender and rosemary yo continue honoring the
plant spirit.

Lavender : Lavender is a herb that helps bring focus and clarity. It has a very gentle action that promotes the body to relax while the mind focuses. The spirit of lavender will unveil the truth of you.

Rosemary : Rosemary has been considered by many cultures as a sacred herb tied to memory and remembrance, and love. She will gently guide you to remembering you are love, she will fill the spaces of your soul path with love and remembering, leading you to your truth and your medicine.

Our beloved ancestors relied on plant spirits as friends and allies. Plants have a gentle guidance and loving support.

We will empower the visionary herbs and infuse them with the sacred sounds and intention of connecting to her medicine, all in gratitude and grace.
