Yoga for Equestrians : Slower paced vinyasa flow creating fluidity in movement, strength and balance, connecting to breath finishing with deep stretches to open and settle the body. This class is a donation based class to support equine rescue and rehabilitation.

Yin Stretch : This deep yin class is focused on deep opening of the body, connection to breath and somatic reconnection with deep assists. Within our body are the stories of life, past and present in this hour class we learn to listen to the body and create a safe space to release the emotion those stories hold. It is my intention to hold space for you, this is a candle light practice to soothe the spirit.
