A Sacred Sound Healing Session is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. A Sound Healing Session is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which will take you on a journey of relaxation, healing and self exploration. Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations. Every cell, tissue, organ and organ system in each unique body vibrates at a particular frequency. Sound and vibration effect us at a cellular level reaching deep inside the DNA.
During a Sound Healing Session you will experience deep relaxation and a beautiful sense of peace and well-being. At the start, I will lead you in a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for receiving. You will experience the healing power of Nepalese Singing Bowls, Gong, Crystal Bowls, Drums, Koshi, Shruti and more sacred instruments.
During a Sound Healing Session it is suggest you lie on a yoga mat, with a cushion under their head, covered with a comfy blanket. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. Physical injuries nurtured and old patterns, ancestral and emotional traumas released.

Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing. The sacred instruments serve different purposes. Some crystal bowls, for example are tuned to the notes of the seven chakras. The gong helps to release tension in the body and stimulate the glandular and nervous system. Tuning forks are used for brain entrainment, nepalese bowls placed on the body stimulate the visceral organs and tune each organ to its natural frequency. The gentle medicine of sound travels through the physical, energetic and spiritual body carrying healing as it travels.
Cacao and Sound

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle Plant Medicine that will bring healing to mind, body and spirit. She allows you to drop into your heart space and to remember the connection you have with your true nature.
Nature and plants speak to us and hold great healing energy. When we are disconnected to nature, we are also are disconnected from ourselves.
Like nature our mind, body and spirit is always trying to come back to a state of balance, healing and love. The Spirit of Cacao allows you step gently into your emotional self.
Sound is a medicine that carries healing with its frequency. As the sound healing moves through it will deepen your cacao experience creating a loving space for healing the heart. The frequencies will be reiki infused for protection and peace from me as the sound journey carries you deep into the true nature of your love.
Vibrational Healing

A vibrational healing session is a beautiful treatment with Nepalese Singing Bowls, drums, and chimes. The bowls are placed on the body to attune your mind, body and spirit to its natural unique frequency. Each organ vibrates at its unique frequency, the vibrational massage of the sacred instruments helps the organ and tissue release stored encouraging it to return to its natural frequency. This is a truly unique and wonderful experience. (Can be added to a massage session or as a treatment on its own)
