The Root of You is a rejuvenation and renewal mini retreat hosted at Pleasant Grove Farm, curated by POP Marketing Co. and presented by Morgan Manifests.
The full event is on Sunday, February 18th from10:00am-3:00pm and we have tiered tickets for purchase.
TIMELINE:
10AM-11AM: Vinyasa Yoga( for all levels). with Sydney Duarte.
11AM-12:00PM: Healthy Bites, Blends and Refreshments.
12:15PM: Morgan Manifest's Workshop (journal exercise, thought provoking information and inspiration)
1:00PM-2:00PM: Break out session. Enjoy and mingle with the vendors we have that will be offering eco-conscious products, readings, tours of the farm, matcha products and more.
2:00PM-3:00PM: Ending the retreat with a sound bath.
