One of the great links between the conscious and unconscious - and between human beings, cultures and even particles in our universe - is the power of vibration and sound.
This training is for everyone - massage therapists, yoga teachers, health care workers, therapists, energy healers and anyone with a desire to honor the sacred medicine of sound. Sound is a gentle powerful medicine we will explore, feel and share.
Sound healing is an ancient gentle healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony, a return to your resonant frequency. The sound frequencies from sacred instruments slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing.
Level 1 We will explore the gentle power of sound, how to lead sound bathing meditations, how to play sacred instruments. Level 2 we will deepen our practice, learn how the medicine travels, how to infuse the frequency with healing intent and how to play metal bowls, bells and chimes, crystal bowls and pyramid, tuning forks, the gong, drumming, indigenous instruments and voice to heal the body by guiding it back to its resonant frequency.

About Kim : I approach each individual with reverence and respect focusing on tuning into the body and listening. My goal is to facilitate the body’s innate healing and creating comfort in body, mind and spirit.I have made a commitment to facilitate healing. Healing through therapeutic touch, healing through sound, healing through intent and energy and honoring my ancestors, earth, source and the teachers before me.
I have several sound healing trainings with wonderful gurus such as The Sound Healer’s Academy, Sage Academy of Sound, Vibrational Sound Association, Alessandra Montanna, Don Conreaux, Jens Zyger, The Sanctuary Shamanic Healing Center, Angell Deer, Jonathan Goldman and Sunreed. I am a member of the International Sound Therapy Association and The Sound Healer’s Association. I continue to learn as the wisdom of our innate healing is infinite.
