Fall Equinox Celebration

We start with YIN yoga and reiki to provide deep rest and relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. The 50 min class will include restorative poses, long luscious yin poses, gentle massage assists, aromatherapy, reiki energy healing, breathwork, meditation and yoga nidra. A very gentle class, designed to clear your mind and relax your body, this class is appropriate for all levels offering the perfect release of stress and tension.

Following Yin we circle for Cacao Ceremony. A short ceremony to welcome the energy of Cacao, a gentle plant that opens the heart mind. Cacao is a loving energy that teaches us to see through he eye of the heart - the vision of our soul.

To close our Equinox celebration is an hour sound healing session.
