Patanjali defined yoga as “the cessation of the modification of the mind”. Using asana to burn through the toxins of the body and mind in preparation for stillness in meditation.

I am Kimberly Savage, an eternal student of yoga, Ayurveda and Massage Therapy. My yoga style is a personalized approach to teaching and sharing the philosophies of yoga to link mind, body and soul bringing awareness to breath and movement. My goal is empowering individuals toward improved health and wellness.

CHILLAX YOGA : 60 minute class for varying levels with the emphasis on improving dynamic muscle movements. The flow is slow and the practice is geared towards broadening range of motion. This class has some strength building poses but is primarily focused on moving at a relaxed pace and building flexibility, great for training muscles and preventing injuries.

STRENGTH & RESTORE : 30 minutes of heating the body to burn through tapas (physical and emotional toxins) followed by 30 minutes of restorative poses with gentle Thai assists.

VINYASA FLOW :  One pose flows into another, linking breath with movement. The transition between poses is yet another pose. Vinyasa is a graceful flow linking breath with movement. Leave feeling both invigorated and relaxed.

MAITRIFLOW YOGA : A 60 – 90 minute yoga practice with fluid movement, somatic reconnection, core engagement and self massage. Cultivate loving kindness to your body. Develop a deeper connection with yourself. The beautiful vessel that carries you through this life experience, your amazing body is no longer a stranger but a loving, trusted friend. Our thoughts and experiences are reflected in every part of the human body. Through connection, encouragement and listening to our body speak we can get in touch with issues that our mind has been repressing, denying or ignoring and our body has been storing. With gentle practice the issues can be freed from our cells allowing space for harmony.
