For the month of November I am offering 4 weeks of meditation suggestions to help you get in a groove of meditation. It can be a challenge to set aside time for your meditation. Each week you will receive an email with the tone for the week with meditations, sound healing and other suggestions. WEEK 1: AWARENESS
Meditation and mindfulness are awareness – being witness to your thoughts. Awareness and noticing, without judgement, what your thoughts are.
WEEK 2: ACCEPTANCE and RELEASE
Practice accepting your thoughts without judgement, attachment or expectation. Let go of self criticism, guilt and shame.
WEEK 3: PEACE and RESILIENCE
Build resilience through observing your inner critic. Embrace your inner child, love your truest self – take time to get to know what you truly desire. Reduce stress and anxiety, break through samskara and illuminate your dharmic path.
WEEK 4: LOVE and GRACE
Enhance love, understanding, peace and kindness. Build and foster loving-kindness and gratitude, learn to release difficult emotions, bring joy to everyday and follow your path with ease, love and grace. Discover the divine love and healing in you.
