Ways to raise your vibration
What does raising your vibration or vibing high mean? Everything in the universe vibrates, we each vibrate on our own frequency – most healthy humans vibrate between 62-72 MHZ. Keeping your vibration higher helps prevent disease. Frequency is the language that all life understands at a cellular level. Our cells exchange information and regulate body functions through the sending and receiving of specific frequencies. When these natural frequency signals become scrambled, so does our body’s ability to self-regulate and maintain healthy function. This disruption can occur because of the introduction of things like certain viruses, alcohol and other toxic substances, processed foods, heavy metals, radiation, and harmful electromagnetic fields. The exposure to disruptive and toxic foreign frequencies {lower vibrations} cause a change in the basic frequency of the cells, this causes damage to the cell and the DNA of the cell. DNA is natural intelligence, it is the seeds from the fruit of our past and the potential for our future. When damaged our cell mutate and the result can be disease. A cancer cell emits a radically different frequency than that of a healthy cell. Introducing healing frequencies will restore cells to balance through the properties of resonance. When a cell and its DNA vibrate at a high frequency the cells around it will begin to vibrate at that frequency- this is the power of resonance. The most effective way of introducing healthy frequencies is through sound. Our bodies, our cells and our DNA are mostly water. Water is highly susceptible to frequencies. The molecules literally change shape depending upon what frequency they are exposed to. When weaken DNA is exposed to 528 hz {the frequency of divine love} they begin to heal and reform. Higher vibrations heal and elevate.
