For the past few months I have been working on a new healing offering utilizing some of the healing modalities I have had the opportunity to learn, practice and incorporate. This new offering is a 3 hr session, SOUL Alignment.
Align your soul – bring your mind, body and spirit in harmony. This 3 hour session is designed to bring you home to your body, rejuvenate your mind and tune your energetic body. We start with a short meditation then, Thai Massage, vibrational healing using therapeutic grade singing bowls placed on the body to recalibrate your vibration and bring a deep meditative state of relaxation encouraging the body to heal, then follow with Intuitive Massage on the table utilizing essential oils, cups, stones and reflexology.
