Thai Yoga Massage is an elegant form of integrative bodywork that combines assisted yoga stretching, acupressure, gentle rocking, and rhythmic compression.
Join Kim Savage (me!) and Christine Redman as we share some fundamentals of the ancient Thai healing system.
This two-hour workshop focuses on dynamic and effective stretches used in Thai Yoga Massage and can be taken by couples or friends. Each partner will learn, practice and share techniques to address the feet, legs, hips, back, neck, shoulders and head. Both partners will receive Thai Massage.
Leave feeling connected and supported. Each participate will leave with the Metta Meditation script and an essential oil massage blend.
