Day 5 of Meditate 22 days of self discovery.
Today set aside 3-5 minutes for your forgiveness meditation. This meditation has been so powerful for me. Some of us (me!) have tendency to be critical of ourselves. This meditation has given me the space to let that shit all go, to stop judging myself for feeling what I feel, to forgive myself. With my inner critic was silenced it has been easier to forgive others and break down some of my walls. I have begun to see these walls are caging me more than protecting me. Forgiveness. I let go of some stuff I wasn’t even consciously aware of holding on to.
Following your meditation if you wish set a timer for 5-10 minutes to journal.
Today’s Suggestions for Ritual :

Set aside 5-10 minutes to journal whatever comes to your mind.
  • How does it feel to forgive your loved ones? yourself? How would it feel to accept all of your feelings without judgement? Just notice them, accept them and allow them to pass. The next time you are feeling some sort of way try to pause and bring to mind exactly what you are feeling and where you feel it physically.
Today’s pranayama is to help Apana Vayu – the wind of the body that governs release.
